Our innovative concrete-based construction material is named Ultra-Light Resistant Concrete (ULRC™). That provides exceptional features for production of high-quality wall panel systems.

How is it processed?
₋ ULRC manufacturing process is based on conventional ingredients; cement, standard additives and FRP mesh,
₋ Desired physical specification is achieved by a delicate process control,
₋ Prefabricated panels are manufactured in wide shapes and patterns in a remote shop,
₋ Piping and electrical grids could be built-in as per the architectural design,
₋ Finished panels have desirable façade quality, no need for gypsum board & coating,
₋ Manufacturing process is pretty fast, namely one complete house/day.

Current Status, and Milestones achieved
- We assume the TRL stage of 6 for our ULRC technology
- The basic research was started around 10 years ago
- Further testing and prototyping were developed since 2017
- The first real size demonstration house were built in 2021
